How do I place an order?

Placing an order is incredibly simple. Just head to our “Shop Online Section", select your preferred product and click “Add to cart” – then “Checkout” and place your order by entering your delivery information and payment details..

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently we use WorldPay Checkout payment gateway and you can checkout using a credit or debit card. Also if you have PayPal account you can simply log into your account through PayPal Checkout payment gateway.

Do you only ship to the UK? I am in Europe, can I still get a box?

Currently The Source only ships to addresses within the UK via the website. We are able to offer international shipping via direct email orders that will be invoiced and paid for via the PayPal payment gateway prior to your item being sent out. Who delivers my parcel?

We post your order out using Royal Mail 24/48 hour service depending on the postage option chosen at checkout. The Source is not responsible or liable for any delay of delivery of your box or any damage caused to your box, which is beyond the control of The Source.

Does my parcel require a signature?

You do not need to be in or sign for the box. If it is likely that you are not in to receive your box please specify in the ‘order notes’ section of the checkout page, a safe place to leave it. If no safe place is specified then Royal Mail will not leave the box and will therefore have to be collected or arranged to be re-delivered.

Do I have to register my details before viewing this site?

No, the only time we need to take details from our customers is when they actually become customers, i.e. when they pass through our checkout. If you merely want to browse our organic products then you do not need to register..

How will I know when my order is processed?

Soon as you place your order you will receive an email from us, informing you that your order has been received and is being processed. A couple of days before your requested delivery date you will receive another email informing you that your order has been despatched to your chosen recipient

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail and should reach you within 2-3 working days of you placing the order, but please allow 3 – 5 days (Royal Mail’s aim). This will obviously fluctuate at quieter & busier times.
